Saskatchewan Bulletin

The Saskatchewan Bulletin is the regular tabloid newspaper of the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation devoted to topics of interest to teachers in their professional lives. It provides timely news stories, features and photo coverage about important activities in Saskatchewan’s K-12 education sector.

The Bulletin is published 11 times during the school year and has a circulation of approximately 23,000 copies distributed to teachers, associate members, superannuates, school divisions and trustees, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education, education college faculty and students, and others throughout Canada interested in education. It is available free of charge. Subscription requests should be directed to the Saskatchewan Bulletin office at the STF building in Saskatoon. If you are a teacher planning to retire, please complete the Superannuated Teachers' Subscription Form so that you will continue to receive your issue of the Bulletin.

Contributed material for the Bulletin is welcome and will be used when possible. All material is subject to editing. Opinion pieces, in the form of letters to the editor or personal viewpoints, are welcome. Letters should be kept to a maximum of about 200 words and viewpoints to about 600 words. They may be subject to editing for length and taste.

All submissions must include the writer’s name, address and phone number. To be considered for a particular issue, contact the Bulletin office for the copy deadline.

Requests for coverage by Bulletin staff should be made at least three weeks before the event.
