As a councillor you do more than prepare for, attend and report on Council meetings. You are a member of your local association and may sit on your local association executive; you offer advice and support to colleagues; and you have work to do at the local level on behalf of the provincial organization. While the Responsibilities section focused on the collective role of the Council, this section provides an opportunity to reflect on your individual role as a councillor. It is intended to assist you in your responsibilities and relationships outside the meetings of the Council.
