Your STF Health Plan is here for you during the pandemic. Canada Life continues to process health claims and is accepting receipts for virtual appointments from several providers, including:

For the fastest processing, submit all your claims through Canada Life GroupNet for plan members and receive payments directly to your bank account.

Just a reminder
Due to the pandemic, the STF offices are currently closed. Our representatives are working from home and able to process your requests. While we are able to check phone messages, the best way to get a prompt response from us is by emailing your questions or requests. The STF is following the recommendations from the provincial government and will re-open its offices when it is deemed safe to do so.
