Teacher Well-Being Series: Resources to Support Your Wellness

If well-being is a journey, then the STF Member and Family Assistance Plan is your tour guide.

In this webinar, Liz Wright, the STF’s ComsPsych representative, will take you through the ins and outs of the STF’s Member and Family Assistance Plan. Wright will give you an overview of the services the MFAP offers, explain the process for accessing the program and how ComPsych keeps all of your information confidential.

The MFAP provides teachers with free access to short-term counselling, legal and financial consultations, and work-life assistance. It is a completely confidential service that helps teachers deal with whatever life throws their way, whether that’s a death in the family or planning a birthday party. Whatever challenges you feel you are facing in your life, the MFAP is the best place to start and can help you build a roadmap for your well-being journey.

By attending, you will:

  • Get an overview of the services the MFAP offers;
  • Learn how ComPsych keeps all of your information confidential; and
  • Understand the process for access MFAP services.
