Mental wellness is not the absence of mental illness. It’s about managing our ability to react to the stresses of the world around us; to be able to deal with the challenges life throws our way in a way that doesn’t lead to overwhelm and burnout.
In this webinar, teachers will spend time considering the relationship between teaching and mental health, with a focus on resilience and burnout.
By attending, you will:
- Spend time considering your mental wellness levels.
- Learn specific strategies you can use to set boundaries, manage negative thinking and maintain your mental wellness throughout the school year.
