Crucial Conversations

Crucial Conversations teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of your organization. By learning how to speak and be heard, and encouraging others to do the same, you’ll surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment.

Participants will practice the skills needed to:

• Speak persuasively, not abrasively.
• Foster teamwork and better decision-making.
• Build acceptance rather than resistance.
• Resolve individual and group disagreements.

Audience: Administrators, coaches, consultants, teachers

Date and time: January 23 & 24, 2025, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Location: STF – Arbos Centre for Learning, McDowell Conference Room, 2311 Arlington Ave, Saskatoon, SK

Workshop Cost: (includes GST, materials and lunch. Registration fee also includes a $365 materials fee, from the publisher.)

Registration closes 2 business days prior to the workshop. Payment must accompany registration. The refund deadline for all workshops and events is 10 business days prior to the start date. Registrants who withdraw prior to the refund deadline are entitled to a full refund or transfer of their registration fee. If notification of withdrawal is received after the refund deadline and up to the commencement of the session, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded. Read more about our Refund Policy.
