Teacher Well-Being Webinar Series: Teacher Wellness
Teachers are so busy taking care of others and don’t often take the time to consider their own wellness.
In this webinar, Wade Repta, an advocate for teacher mental health and well-being, invites teachers to examine wellness through a holistic lens. Participants will learn about the components of the Wellness Wheel and how to map out their place on the wheel.
By attending you will:
- Learn about the Wellness Wheel and answer a questionnaire to determine where you fit on the Wellness Wheel.
- Learn about the Wellness Map, your strengths and areas of improvement.
- Discuss strategies for creating realistic goals for positive wellness changes so you can build balance into your busy schedule.
- Get answers to questions about teacher wellness and wellness planning.
