Prescription Drug Claims

Available Submission Methods

  1. Use your prescription drug card at the time of purchase.

The pharmacist will process your claim immediately, so you won’t have to pay the full amount up front and wait to be reimbursed.

  2. Submit your claim online through Canada Life GroupNet.

Keep your original receipts for 12 months, in case you are audited.

  3. Complete and submit one Healthcare Expenses Statement form for your family and send it along with all original receipts and bills to:

    Canada (Great-West) Life
    Regina Benefit Payments
    PO Box 4408
    Regina SK  S4P 3W7

Remember to keep a copy of your claim form and receipts for your own records.
