Available Submission Methods
Use your prescription drug card at the time of purchase.
The pharmacist will process your claim immediately, so you won’t have to pay the full amount up front and wait to be reimbursed.
Submit your claim online through Great-West Life GroupNet.
Keep your original receipts for 12 months, in case you are audited.
Complete and submit one Health Claim form for your family and send it along with all original receipts and bills to:

Remember to keep a copy of your claim form and receipts for your own records.
Problems With Your Prescription Drug Card
If you are having problems with your prescription drug card, you should:
- Ensure your personal information and that of your spouse/dependant is accurate and up to date.
- Log in to MySTF to view your address under Profile Management and your spouse/dependant information under Manage Family Coverage.
- Contact Great-West Life at 1-800-957-9777 (Great-West Life can review the pharmacy transaction 24 hours after you have attempted to use your card).
