Professional Development

To support teachers’ growth as professionals, the STF and SPDU offer various kinds of ongoing programs and services as well as some shorter term learning activities. All of these initiatives are based on the basic principle that teachers’ professional growth should be designed and facilitated by teachers.

At the STF, Member Services is here to serve you – the teachers of Saskatchewan – by offering a number of professional growth opportunities, supports and services. This includes supports and services provided by SPDU – Professional Growth Partnerships and the Stewart Resources Centre.

Our staff works closely with teachers from across the province to plan and deliver a wide range of exciting and innovative professional growth opportunities. This section gives an overview of our programs and services. We hope that you will take a few moments to look through each section and find out more about what we have to offer. If you need more information, or if you have some suggestions or other feedback, contact Member Services at the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation.
