Genocide: Then and Now

This year's Social Studies Saskatchewan (SSS) PD event addresses the impact of 20th century genocides (Armenia, Cambodia, the Holodomor, the Holocaust, and Rwanda) and more recent events (Burundi, Iraq, Myanmar, and South Sudan), as well the lasting effects of colonialism on the First Nations.

Audience: English/History/Law/Psychology/Social Studies teachers in Elementary/Middle Years/High School
