LINC Symposium - Session 3
The LINC Symposium will be a virtual event this fall.
LINC chairs and local association presidents are asked to invite members on their Local Implementation and Negotiation Committee and anyone interested in learning about local bargaining to join us for three, one-hour sessions covering a variety of bargaining topics. Each session will cover two topics. Sessions will run from 4 to 5 p.m. and will be hosted on Zoom. All registration links for each session are included below and participants must register in advance of the event.
Local Bargaining and Constitutions
Participants will be invited to review their constitutions and engage in questions. What provisions, processes or practices are in place in your association to ensure your LINC is representative of the diversity of your membership? What are the provisions for LINC succession?
Participants will be invited to ask questions about local negotiations. Participants will be asked to send their questions to the facilitators in advance of the session. Experienced local negotiators may be invited to share their experiences with the group.
All sessions are open to STF members serving on a LINC or considering joining a LINC.
