Webinars For Teachers in Their First Five Years: STFPL Here to Support You

First Five Years

The Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation has resources and learning opportunities to support you through the next five years of your teaching journey. Join STF Professional Learning to hear more about the variety of learning opportunities, curriculum resources available through the Emma Stewart Resources Centre and how you can communicate more effectively with students and families.

This interactive session will help you feel more confident and prepared in your role, which is especially helpful as you near end of term and prepare for parent/student conferences.

Participants will explore:

  • Professional learning opportunities and resources available through the Federation, including how to access in-person and online resources.
  • How to participate in classroom processes to communicate and engage with students and their families to support student progress, growth and relationship building.

This Zoom meeting is facilitated by Connie Molnar, Associate Director, STFPL. It is open to all teachers in the first five years of your new teaching career. Feel free to share with colleagues who might be interested. The session is being offered on two separate days. Join one of the links below for your preferred day and time.
