Applicant Declaration of Eligibility for the Ethics And Practice Committee and Collective Interests Committee 

Submission Information

This applicant declaration of eligibility for appointment to the Ethics and Practice Committee and the Collective Interests Committee shall be filed with the Managing Director, Member Services.

The applicant shall also provide his or her resumé with two references. Information provided by an applicant may be confirmed by the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation by contacting the applicant’s current or previous employer(s).
