Supporting Neurodiverse Minds in Learning Environments (Day 1)

With a focus on practical strategies to support neurodivergent students, this workshop explores the impacts of neurodiversity on communication and self-regulation, while learning to create inclusive classrooms with responsive supports. This session emphasizes a neurodiversity-affirming approach, real-world examples, and teacher well-being.

Learning Outcomes:

Explore approaches that respect and affirm neurodivergent perspectives.

Develop skills to foster regulation, de-escalate challenging situations, and create inclusive learning environments tailored to neurodivergent students’ needs.

Single Day Workshop

Early Bird: $150 - Available for registrations received 10 business days prior to the workshop date.
Standard: $175

Please note that if registering for both the November 26 and 27 (Mission Possible! Neuroaffirming Classrooms in Action) workshops the registration fee for both days is $225.

Registration closes two business days prior to the workshop. Payment must accompany registration.

Refund Policy: The refund deadline for workshops is 5 business days prior to the start date. Refunds for Asynchronous courses will not be provided once online course materials are accessed. Registrants who withdraw prior to the refund deadline are entitled to a full refund or transfer of their registration fee. Refunds are provided to the registrant or the organization that submitted payment.

If notification of withdrawal is received after the refund deadline and up to the commencement of the session, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy: Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, a workshop may be cancelled. We will notify you by email using the address provided at registration. To ensure you receive any updates, please check your email regularly during the 48 hours leading up to the workshop start date.

If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued to the registrant or the organization that covered the registration fee.

Photographs may be taken during the workshop for promotional and publication purposes. If you do not consent to the use of your image, please inform us in advance.
