Leadership Matters: Personalized Coaching for School Leaders

School leadership is complex and having a trusted thinking partner can make a meaningful difference. These one-on-one coaching sessions provide school leaders with a confidential space to discuss leadership challenges, strengthen decision making and deepen their professional practice. Through guided reflection and powerful questioning, participants will explore leadership identity, resilience, problem solving, leading change and strategic leadership in a supportive and non-evaluative environment. Whether you are navigating a new challenge or seeking intentional growth, coaching offers dedicated time to focus on you as a leader.

Cassandra Neufeld is an experienced educational leader, instructional coach, teacher and professional learning facilitator with more than 25 years of experience in education. She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master of Educational Administration from the University of Saskatchewan, an SPTRB Integrated Program Certificate in French Proficiency and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. She is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Associate Member.
Her professional experience includes serving as a principal, instructional coach, educational consultant and K-12 teacher, with extensive expertise in administration, instructional leadership, literacy and mathematics, assessment, professional learning, coaching, mentoring, staff development, human resources, school operations, and educational change.
Cassandra has also facilitated professional learning for educators, school divisions and First Nations’ education departments across Saskatchewan for more than a decade, and has contributed to provincial professional learning focused on Indigenous Ways of Knowing in Mathematics.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to building relationships, developing the capacity of educators, supporting student achievement and wellness, and connecting professional learning to the needs of schools, educators and communities.
Refund Policy: The refund deadline for workshops is five business days prior to the start date. Refunds for Asynchronous courses will not be provided once online course materials are accessed. Registrants who withdraw prior to the refund deadline are entitled to a full refund or transfer of their registration fee.
Refunds are provided to the registrant or the organization that submitted payment.
If notification of withdrawal is received after the refund deadline and up to the commencement of the session, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy: Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, a workshop may be cancelled. We will notify you by email using the address provided at registration. To ensure you receive any updates, please check your email regularly during the 48 hours leading up to the workshop start date.
If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued to the registrant or the organization that covered the registration fee.
