Generating and Monitoring Questions

This allows learners to generate questions to drive their learning and time to reflect on their progress answering.

  1. Have learners form small groups of three to four.
  2. Each “question” group generates their list of questions on a chart paper with a three-inch circle in front of each question.
  3. At strategic points during the learning, have learners revisit their questions and reflect on how much they have addressed or answered each question. Have them fill in the portion of the circle in front of each question that they feel they have answered. These “fills” are done in a different colour each time to show progress.
  4. Groups can add to their questions throughout the learning.
