Direct Transfer from a RRSP to a RRP
Abstract:
Under paragraph 146(16)(A)
Saskatchewan Teachers’ Retirement Plan
This form is for members who want to transfer in existing RRSP/RPP funds.
You must take it to your financial institution for completion, and your signature on the form is required to authorize the process. Your financial institution must complete the bottom section of the form and return it to our office, along with a cheque for the transfer of funds.
