Services

Our staff is always ready to search for the materials you need. Online request forms provide quick and easy access to our services.

Lending Materials

Most materials may be borrowed for four weeks, with the exception of high-demand audiovisual materials which have a two-week loan period. Renewals may be requested. Prepaid return mailing labels are provided for print materials sent out of town, but borrowers are responsible for the return postage of AV materials.

Resource Requests

For your convenience, requests for information or to borrow materials may be emailed to the library using the Library Materials and Topic Request Form. If you are looking for resources to supplement your classroom instruction and you don’t know exactly what resources are available, simply include the subject, outcomes and grade level (if applicable) and we will do the rest. The borrowing period is four weeks. Loans are restricted to educators in Saskatchewan.

Request Journal Database Search

The Emma Stewart Resources Centre subscribes to a number of online journals and research databases. If you would like us to locate journal articles for your particular topic, please use the Library Materials and Topic Request Form.
