About IT Summit

Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation Professional Learning is hosting the annual provincial IT Summit Conference on May 28 & 29, 2026.

Location: TCU Place 35 22 Street East, Saskatoon, SK

Date: May 28 & 29, 2026

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The summit will create opportunities to:

  • Explore exemplary practices for teachers and learning with technology to support the actualization of Saskatchewan curricula.
  • Promote professional dialogue that fosters effective teaching and learning with technology.
  • Share best practices in network infrastructures and centralized technologies that support student learning through technology use in schools and school divisions.
  • Celebrate, support and encourage partnerships and networks of support.

Audience

The summit will provide keynote and concurrent sessions that respond to the above goals and have applicability across the educational sector. Sessions will be specifically directed to intended audiences including:

  • Classroom teachers
  • Teacher-librarians
  • Consultants
  • Technical support personnel
  • Principals, vice principals, and assistant principals

Registration closes 2 business days prior to the workshop. Payment must accompany registration. The refund deadline for all workshops and events is 10 business days prior to the start date. Registrants who withdraw prior to the refund deadline are entitled to a full refund or transfer of their registration fee. If notification of withdrawal is received after the refund deadline and up to the commencement of the session, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded. Read more about our Refund Policy.
